Knife Skills (Wednesday, 2/28)
Do you love to cook but find that preparation takes too much time? Do you spend your money on fancy gadgets that are supposed to save you time and labor? Most chefs will tell you that their knife is their best tool. Sharpen your skills; this class will teach you how to use your knife safely and effectively. Everyday tasks will be easier and will take less prep time. You will learn decorative cuts and simple garnishes. Bring your favorite knife with you. Enjoy a salad at the end of class.

Party Food (Wednesday, 3/21)
Make sure your next party is an unforgettable one for your friends and family by serving unique, easy-to-prepare dishes that go way beyond the standard fare. This course will highlight dishes that can be easily scaled for larger parties and that will survive well in a chafing dish or steam table. Main dishes, finger foods and desserts will all be covered. Party favors and champagne not included.
